Boost your confidence with an in-depth study of the requirements for your next belt. Relaxed, low intensity training for 20 grading points. Only £10 for 3hrs to raise hall rental fees. Up to Green Belt, 11am - 12:30pm. Above Green Belt, 11am - 2pm.

No free-sparring, and warm-up will be light. This is an intensive study session, but less physical as we have much to review.
Intensive review to to prepare for grading and provide an opportunity to get grading points. All members of the Mixed-Ages Group and the Senior Karate group are invited to this intensive curriculum review at Island Gardens. We will cover all of the following:
Kihon / Basic techniques:
Kihon Tsuki Sonoba & Ido
