โThe Format: Continuous rotations of short, explosive matches. You won't just be fighting; youโll be learning the "why" behind every point. At the end of one hour we will analyse videos of competitive matches from around the world!
โReferee Insight: Gain a competitive edge with live breakdowns of WKF and WUKF scoring systems. Understand the nuances of senshu, tactical fouls, and how to catch the referee's eye with perfect zanshin.
โThe Goal: Build endurance, refine timing, and gain the experience of multiple tournament-level bouts in a single hour.
